Fourth times a charm?!

So this is the fourth blog I have attempted to keep in the past ten years.  Here's how they went:

1) Blog while in Spain - did pretty good updating this while I was abroad, but it definitely dropped off after I got back.  It served its purpose but I'm glad it has been laid to rest.

2) Blog while pregnant with Annabelle - did OK updating this blog while I was pregnant.  Not great, but not terrible.  Then the posts got further and further apart - most likely happened after she was born.

3) Annabelle's Antics - this was supposed to be a nice catchy blog to talk about all the fabulous things that Annabelle does each day - what she learns, what she says, how she's developed.  Yeah, that did not last. 

One might say that I have had slightly less than moderate success at keeping up my blog.  I have never been one to keep a diary - I just don't find my thoughts all that interesting.  I don't have great writing skills, I am not that catchy and entertaining, and quite frankly, I can't compete with all the fantastic blog posts I see others writing.

That being said, I'm not going to give up.  I will try this one last time.  I will try to keep up with some of the daily happenings for me, for my family, and in life in general.  I find posting pictures to be clunky on here, so those will probably be few and far between.  I will not write this for anyone other than myself and so that a year or two down the line when I was thinking back to what life was like with one toddler I can actually remember through my haze of exhaustion.  So here we go - let's give it a whirl.
